Scott Michael Campanile Sr - founder of Scott Realty Group and Brokerof record for the company. Scott continues to work in the company's day to day operations.

Scott is a second generation realtor along with his brothers Mark and John. All three brothers work in the company and grew up watching t heir father Lou Campanile support their family and establish an admirable reputation in the real estate business. Along with father and brothers, Scott's wife Susan Campanile co-founded the company and heads marketing and accounting departments in addition, her own impressive sales and leasing transactions. Broker for the company in PA, NJ and DE, Scott attributes the company's success to strong family values, work ethic and most importantly respecting and treating every one of our client's goal as our own.
Lou Campanile - Director of Operations for Residential and Commercial Sales Divisions. His knowledge, wisdom and compassion for people and the business has guided and mentored all of our company's sale force and staff -and continues to do so. Lou expert experience spans over 40 years in the business which includes tenures at Realty World in the 70's.

Media Real Estate from the mid 80's to 2000's and currently joining forces with his family that launched a fresh, new innovative company that combines the "Old School" values with today's technical resources, tools and strategies.
Lou has earned a stellar reputation in the real estate industry. His respect and camaraderie among his fellow realtors has created relationships with mutual admiration and integrity. He has mentored, advised, consulted, counseled and befriended many agents, clients and fellow associates in the business. In addition to Lou's priceless knowledge and experience, he has also earned his ABR (Accredidated Buyers Representation) and SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialists) accreditations.

Susan Campanile - co-founder and office manager of Scott Realty Group. Susan first started working in the real estate business as formal assistant to her husband Scott throughout his years as a Commercial Real Estate Agent.

Susan managed client files, marketing material creation and distribution, client retention and new business. She continues to stay "ahead of the curve" with her outstanding marketing material and creative ideas.
Today Susan shares the administrative duties as office manager in addition to her roles in the company's marketing and property management responsibilities. After many years in supportive and administrative roles Susan decided to obtain her real estate sales associate license for reasons in addition to selling.
Susie's knowledge, ability to research and strong marketing skills combined with a "license to sell" have proven her to be an extremely effective member of our sale force.
Josie Francis - with 15 years of first class experience in the industry, Josie has earned an admired reputation among her clients and associates in the business. Her diligent and loyal work ethic has made her a force in the business with integrity that her clients are repeatedly grateful for. Prior to Josie's entry in the Real Estate business, her background was the in the banking industry.

Born on the island of St. Lucia, Josie loves the interaction with people. Currently, Josie lives in Delaware County and has worked with numerous satisfied Buyers and Sellers in Delaware, Chester, Montgomery and Philadelphia Counties. In addition to her invaluable
experience, knowledge and communication skills she also holds ABR (Accredited Buyer Representation) and SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialists) accreditations to better service her clients. She is an integral asset to Scott Realty Group and to all her client and associates.

Alan Busch - cut his teeth under the supervision of Lou Campanile at Media Real Estate before following Lou and joining Scott Realty. Alan is bright and articulate. His contagious energy makes him an extremely effective salesperson on both the sellers and buyers agency side of a transaction. In addition to holding his Pennsylvania real estate salesperson license, Alan also holds a Paralegal certification from Widener University.

Alan's outgoing personality and experience working with Acme Markets Company has equipped him with unsurpassed professionalism dealing with the public and negotiating skills that leave his clients satisfied knowing their agent has their interest as his top priority.
In addition to Alan's love for golf, he is also extremely active in the community. Al volunteers his time and talents to coaching softball, baseball and soccer. He has chaired and co-chaired golf tournaments that have raised significant amounts for Muscular Dystrophy. He has been active with the Aston Youth Soccer Association for 14 years as a coach, commissioner and is currently Vice President.
Mark Campanile - first licensed in 1987 in Pennsylvania, Mark migrated to New Jersey and currently heads the company's New Jersey Operations that include Sales, Leasing and Property Management.

Mark is a Jersey resident with strong industrial background and property management experience in addition to the residential knowledge he has acquired when licensed in the 1980's. His construction and building maintenance knowledge has made Mark an invaluable member of our organization.
In addition to Mark's knowledge, talents and skills that make him an exceptional effective agent, Mark is also an tremendously talented drummer who has played with many successful local bands in the tri-state area.
John Campanile - the youngest of three brothers at the company, John is extremely motivated, outgoing and loves working with people and is considered by many to be "The People's Agent" by striving to go the extra mile

and beyond to satisfy a clients' needs, always looking out for the clients' best interest and keeping in mind how important and sometimes difficult Real Estate decisions can be.John brings with him a unique background that combines savvy business sense, mechanical knowledge and the prior and current work as an accomplished artist.
