My journey with the Scott realty group began in the spring of 2021. My husband of twenty-five years had just passed. I was uncertain what to do with our home. I met Jo Vinson in the spring of 2021. My first husband of thirty years introduced us. I discussed my dilemma of selling my home which was on a reverse mortgage. Jo came out to my house with Scott Campanile, we talked about the pro’s and con’s. They helped me determine the asking price. Before they left a sign went up on my front lawn. I was scared and thrilled. I must say, Jo was my guiding light through the entire process. Needless to say, we were able to trust each other and be openly honest moment you moment. One morning she even showed up at my front door with boxes, stating she came to help me pack. The house sold in a few days with an early settlement and my asking price. Jo negotiated with the buyers and their own real estate group. In addition, she handled the adjuster, the inspectors, the township U&O, and various contractors. Jo helped me to stay calm so that I might be able to make a good decision about my future life. You see my first husband asked me to marry him again. And I did! Jo and Scott attended our wedding and we have remained good friends. They are a part of our family. I call Jo my special angel.
